Prosperity Market’s Black Business Scavenger Hunt pop-up market

Stock up on homegrown goods during this showcase of Black businesses at the California African American Museum. The free August 31 event caps off mobile farmers’ market Prosperity Market’s annual Black Business Scavenger Hunt, a month-long opportunity to win raffle prizes by shopping at more than 120 Black-owned businesses across L.A., including spots like Alta Adams, Damn, I Miss Paris, Tansy and Octavia’s Bookshelf. Prize winners will be announced during the pop-up market, where you’ll find over 50 locals vendors and farmers selling their wares, as well as a DJ, wine garden, photo booth, kids’ area and more.
