This is an interesting little tucked away retail & restaurant outlet (if you can even call it an outlet). For being in Hollywood, it has a surprisingly cozy vibe & it doesn't feel like it's in the thick of things. I've shopped at the Urban Outfitters & dined at Umami here a few times. As the TimeOut write up says, this place frequently has screenings, performances, pop up shops, etc. If you work in the event world and are looking for a small but cool spot to host something in the area, Space 15 Twenty is definitely worth looking into.

Number one guilty pleasure of retail. I would say I only "hate shop" here the way people say that, sure, they watch that trashy TV show, but only to make fun of it, but I'm going to be real with you right now. Is Urban Outfitters ever cool under any circumstances? No, obviously it is not. But do I totally, 100% go to this Urban Outfitters mixed-use lifestyle shopping mall thing when I want, like, cheap sunglasses or a tote bag or something? Of course I do, and I stay for the free King Krule show or pop-up market with vendors selling crystals or whatever else is going on in the courtyard, and you do too, so let's all just embrace our basicness together.
