It may not be as tourist-packed as Hollywood, but the 'hood has some of the best beaches and sunshine, so it does get its fair share of out-of-towners cruising the Third Street Promenade and Ocean Ave. That's why we headed to Third Street Promenade, Main Street and Montana Avenue—to find the fashionable locals.
