Long Beach's ICT offers a well-executed mix of plays and musicals, including some local premieres. It's an 825-seat facility, but for the sake of economy and intimacy, only 289 of the seats are used. Perched between a massive convention centre and a 3,000-seat hall, it's hard to find.
