Yet another untraditional take on a holiday classic. The Troubadour Theater Company's Santa Claus is Comin' to Motown, directed by Matt Walker, is a parody of the classic 1970 TV movie Santa Claus is Comin' to Town. This production, which is said to be a fan-favorite, tells of Santa Claus' beginning, when he was simply known as Kris Kringle, and then the theater group takes him to the land of Smokey Miracles and Supreme Temptations.
