Time Out says

Explore LA’s Arts District like never before with the Los Angeles Conservancy’s first ever self-guided tour of the neighborhood’s rich architectural heritage. Docents will be available to provide mini-tours and answer questions at each location, and the Conservancy estimates setting aside four to five hours (though you can take as much time as you'd like). Start by checking in at one of the pre-designated checkpoints, and amble or bike (highly encouraged) through the warehouse-lined area's many shops, eateries and galleries. On top of neighborhood mainstays such as the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) and Angel City Brewery, a few private lofts will be open to the public including the Challenge Cream and Butter Association Building, Toy Factory Lofts and Biscuit Company Lofts.
