Come to the Avalon Hotel for their Fall Tasting Series and experience a unique drink sampling in the hotel's penthouse. On November 16, chef Mirko Paderno selects various apertifs and digestifs, such as Campari, Cynar, Fernet, Grappa, Luxardo Maraschino and Montenegro. On December 14, get into the holiday spirit with Bellavista champagne and oysters. They give new meaning to the phrase, "liquid diet."
