Best First Date cocktail class

Show off your cocktail-making chops at this hands-on Valentine's Day mixology class. The evening kicks off with a sampling of classic and signature libations and hors d'ouevres from the bar menu, followed by a mixology demo. Then, you get a chance to flaunt your skills behind the bar and create custom love potions for your sweetheart. The event, held at the Thompson Beverly Hills hotel's private second-floor bar, is led by Caulfield's beverage director Jeremy Back and bartender Pierre Dos Santos.
