Derby Dolls Doubleheader Weekend

The LA Derby Dolls—one of only 13 leagues in the US that play roller derby on a banked track— are feuding it out this weekend with sister league San Diego Derby Dolls. On Saturday at 6pm, the Derby Dolls’ Tough Cookies skate against the San Diego Derby Dolls’ Diego Rollers. On Sunday, the Junior Derby Dolls showcase the sass in a 2:30pm bout against San Diego's Juvenile Dollinquents. The weekend's final bout begins around 4pm and pits LA’s Fight Crew against San Diego’s The Swarm. Take note: While the Derby Dolls are pro-female, pro-girl-power family events, Saturday evening games are of the PG-13 variety.
