Dragonfly Cycling

Cycling studios aren't hard to come by in LA, but the recently opened Sherman Oaks spot works out the body and soul. The 1,500 square foot space houses 30 Schwinn IC Pro bikes, high exposed ceilings and inspirational murals. The instructors are veterans from SoulCycle and Flywheel, who lead free 30-minute intro classes every Sunday at 11:30am and for a limited time you can attend your first 45-minute class for $10. In partnership with the non-profit TheTeenProject, $1 of every ride will directly benefit teens transitioning out of the foster care system to make the workout that much more rewarding.
