Time Out says

Downtown's Midnight Mission, which is dedicated to getting LA's homeless back on their feet, hosts its annual Easter (and Passover) brunch on Skid Row. Over 100 years old, the charity welcomes thousands of LA's neediest to a hearty meal as volunteers serve herb roasted chicken with gravy, honey glazed ham with pineapple and assorted pies. In addition, homeless and near-homeless children can meet the Easter Bunny in the Mission's Easter Village. If you're interested in volunteering—and rubbing elbows with perennial supporter Dick Van Dyke—then email volunteers@midnightmission.org.
