Honky Tonk Hacienda

El Cid dons its Honky Tonk Hacienda costume and mixes up its musical schedule with a weekly set of country, roots and Americana. In addition, the Silver Lake space puts on a monthly "throwback-Thursday" show: the Coyote Club. Expect plenty of musical callbacks to the Jazz Age and Swing Era, much in the vein of the club's origins as a '20s speakeasy called the Jail Cafe. Show up before 8:30pm and there's no cover, otherwise you'll have to shell out $5—a great deal either way.
