Time Out says

Learn all the ins and outs of rice in Japanese cuisine at the Storrier Stearns Japanese Garden on August 12. Esteemed Japanese cook, food writer and educator, Sonoko Sakai, will be leading the supper club and teaching guests how to incorporate products like miso, soy sauce and mochi into everday cooking. Menu items include chilled miso soup, gyoza dumplings, vegetable chirashi sushi and shiratama mochi.
