Such an impressive venue!!!! I've been to the Hollywood Bowl across the street but the Ford theatre was quite a treat. I wasn't sure if it was outdoor or indoor but it's technically outdoor.
The stage is built into the Hollywood Hills so you see that the backdrop has various levels. I came here for a filipino cultural dance performance and it was fantastic!
The venue staff was very professional and were available to answer all and any question. I will say though because of how many level it is, it's quite confusing to get to the top of the venue, where the entrance is.
As for the available food and drinks available, really try to bring your own picnic as it's going to cost you and arm and leg to eat and drink here.
