The Internet Cat Video Festival is stalking its way back to town, this time part of a full-day feline festival. This export from the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis has expanded into an all-day takeover of Expo Park with cat-themed performances, a Lil Bub meet-and-greet and a grand screening of the aforementioned cat video supercut.
