Spend a whole day getting a feel for the intricate craft of shoe-making. At this small workshop led by bespoke sandal maker Rachel Corry, you will get to design and assemble your very own sandal. It can based on one of Rachel's designs, inspired by a favorite sandal of your own or be a completely original design. All materials will be provided and they include vegetable tanned or colored leather uppers, heavy leather insoles, cushioned rubber soles, brass shoe tacks, various lacing and hardware. Classes are limited to six people, so be sure to reserve your spot soon.
