LACMA has rolled out some family-friendly crowd-pleasers for the remainder of the holiday season: It’s turned its welcome plaza into a heated, illuminated lounge; extended the hours of Chris Burden’s toy-car–filled Metropolis II; added hot cocoa, cider and churros to the menu at C+M coffee bar; and programmed a slate of free crafts, performances and tours.
