Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival

This annual film festival—now in its 42nd year—both celebrates and launches the careers of Asian and Asian American filmmakers, showcasing emerging and established voices alike. For this edition, you’ll find a mix of screenings and programs at venues in West Hollywood, Little Tokyo and Monterey Park, including the Democracy Center at the Japanese American National Museum, AMC Atlantic Times Square 14, Landmark Theatres Sunset, the Directors Guild of America, Far Bar and Hello Stranger, where the fest will kick off with a launch party. In all, the lineup boasts dozens of features and even more shorts.
