If you didn't snag tickets to LA Street Food Fest, consider this: the Los Angeles Fermentation Festival, a celebration of all things fermented. Kombucha, kimchi, pickles, cider—nothing is off limits here. The festival will feature fermentation experts speaking on the topic, along with demonstrations, samples, a DIY pickle station and more.
