Time Out says

Help foster a love of reading in your kids with this festival that promotes of literacy for little ones. The city’s largest free celebration of early childhood education, bilingualism and multiculturalism will take place for the third year running at West Hollywood Park, where you can find storytelling, live performances and interactive educational fun, as well as food trucks, face painting, slime courtesy of Sloomoo Institute and, to cap things off, a big foam party.
