Over thirty bakeries, restaurants and pastry chefs will #CookForUkraine this weekend in Chinatown cookbook shop Now Serving's second-ever emergency relief bake sale. Held on the second floor of Far East Plaza, you'll find pastries from L.A. eateries like Konbi, Kismet, Clark Street, All Day Baby, Pearl River Deli and more here, with 100% of the proceeds going to UNICEF UK’s emergency fund specifically for Ukrainian children and families. Among others, local chefs Mei Lin (Daybird), Lincoln Carson (soon-to-open Mes Amis), Ria Dolly Barbosa (Petite Peso) will also be pitching in. Our suggestion: Arrive early, since this international aid bake sale is likely to sell out.
