It’s a bird! it’s a plane! It’s…a daylong celebration of Superman on the Warner Bros. lot! The studio is offering a special themed tour for one day only to mark Superman’s debut in Action Comics #1 back in 1938 and to hype fans up for the DC Universe’s new incarnation of the Man of Steel this summer. From 10am to 5pm, comic book artists Scott Koblish, Dustin Nguyen and Jon Bogdanove will be on hand to chat with fans in the Welcome Center, where Superman-themed fine art pieces will be for sale. At 5pm, a one-hour studio tour focused on the DC Universe will kick off, followed by a screening of the seminal superhero film—1978’s Christopher Reeve–starring Superman—introduced by TCM host Ben Mankiewicz.
