Not only do we have beautiful beaches, snow-capped mountains, and desert canyons at our fingertips, we're also surrounded by a city full of artists and makers influencing the world with their crafts. It's no surprise that there's a wealth of inspiring Instagram accounts by creative Angelenos. We put together a list of our favorite foodies, artists, and explorers who each contribute to a visual tapestry of life in our wonderful and diverse city.

Matt Allard's dreamy photos paint an idealistic and charming picture of West Coast life at its best.
2. @bonnietsang
If we had to guess, we'd assume that food and lifestyle photographer Bonnie Tsang sets out each day to remind us how rarely we go out to brunch. Her stylish photos capture the communal joys of sharing delicious meals with good friends and make us very, very hungry.
Photographer Jonpaul Douglass reminds us that LA is, more often than not, a surreal place boasting some seriously wonderful oddities. He has an eye for catching LA's quiet, quirky moments, and his #pizzainthewild series is an absolute treasure.

Copter Pilot plays host to some of the best arial photographers in Los Angeles and regularly posts stunning photos from their excursions above our sprawling city.
Benjamin Heath's photographs chronicle the life of an adventurer, and the boundless opportunities for exploration in Southern California and beyond.
Nastassia Johnson's love for all things cake, sugar, and sweet is on a whole new level. Her coloful photos of icing-drizzled donuts and decadent pies remind us how badly we need to step up our dessert game.

One of our all-time favorite LA accounts is Javier Guillen's visual love letter to Boyle Heights and East LA. His photos capture the colors, culture, and diversity in one of LA's oldest neighborhoods.
When Justina Blakeny isn't posting photos of her adorable daughter, Ida, she's filling our Instagram feeds with colorful mosaics and vivid flora.

This guy. Seriously, this guy. We want his motorcycle, we want his impeccable style, we want his charming demeanor. Goddamnit, this fucking guy!
10. @ericgarcetti
Mayor Garcetti's Instagram account is a daily reminder of just how cool and genuine our civic leader is. His photos aren't just good, they're also funny and give a sense of real admiration for Los Angeles and its people.
