So, corporate is in town, you're drowning in paperwork and the boss suddenly has a hankering for steak. Or maybe burgers? What about sushi?

Extensive menus, slow service and itemized expense reports can make going out for lunch a chore. But restaurants across the city offer prix-fixe, multi-course menus or quick buffets for the executive on the go. And you don’t have to be in a suit or heels to enjoy. These are affordable power lunches are for any puppy looking to feel like a wolf of Wall Street for an afternoon.

Cake Thai

The delicious Thai eatery just launched a special summer menu where, for $18, you can pick three items from a special menu tapered down to the chef's favorites: curries, pad thai, chicken wings—just go crazy. Tue–Sat noon–4pm; $18.

Cantina La Veinte

This glitzy restaurant at the Icon Brickell features a three-course, prix-fixe lunch menu. Dine on Mexican favorites like sopes con pollo, arroz verde con camaron and churros with cajeta sauce, all while soaking in the views of Biscayne Bay. Mon–Fri noon–4pm; $30.

Meat Market Miami Beach

Lincoln Road’s popular steakhouse offers a two-course, appetizer and entree executive lunch crafted by Executive Chef Sean Brasel. Choose from entrees such as slow braised barbecue short rib empanadas, petite prime ribeye and pan-roasted Scottish salmon. Daily noon–4pm; $26.

Act quickly because Zucca’s three-course power lunch is only available until August 1. Expect Italian flavors like burratina with tomatoes and rucola, red snapper alla livornese and tiramisu to name just a few. This one is also available on Saturdays for those hustling on the weekend. Mon–Sat 11am–4pm; $29.

Enjoy Zuma’s modern Japanese prix-fixe lunch menu, which includes entrees like salmon teriyaki or grilled vegetable don buri with wafu. Impress the boss with premium items like black cod marinated in saikyo miso, though don't act surprised when it comes with an additional charge. Mon–Fri noon–3pm; $24.

Kiki on The River

Kiki on The River, Miami's chic new Mediterranean concept, offers its own three-course menu. While the set-price spread includes items like greek salads, and lavraki, diners can also choose from premium items (for an additional price) like lobster pasta or olive oil braised, grilled octopus. Mon–Fri noon–3:30pm; $24.99.

Reserve one of Komodo's outdoor “bird nest” tables if you're really trying to dine high. It'll be a fitting spot to munch away on the Brickell restaurant's three-course power lunch, which includes a salad, entrée with a side and a trio of sorbet. Mon–Fri 11:30am–2:30pm; $26.

Fontana at the Biltmore Hotel

For a lush lunch, head to the Fontana at the gloriously beautiful Biltmore Hotel. This four-course menu includes soup, salad, a selection of entrees (grilled salmon and panini sausage among others) and dessert. Plus, a complimentary glass of sangria should help you close that deal. Mon–Fri 11:30am–3pm; $25.

EDGE Steak & Bar

Take your meeting to this Four Seasons Hotel steakhouse for the three-course Lunch Break menu. The menu rotates on a weekly basis, so you’ll never get bored. It's announced every Monday on the restaurant's Facebook page. Mon–Sat 11:30am-3pm; $24.

Toro Toro

If you're in a hurry, pop into the InterContinental Miami’s restaurant for the “On The Run Full Exec Express Lunch.” It's a menu of pan-Latin flavors and includes rotating selections of salads, ceviche, carved meats and desserts. Mon–Fri 11:30am–3pm; $27.
