Time Out says

This exhibit drawn from the Met's holdings takes its title from Neil Young's 1970 album and song of the same name, and many of the works in the show express the same sense of political disillusionment that suffuses Young's classic tune. Featured are photos from 1979 to the present by 15 artists, including James Casebere, Philip-Lorca diCorcia, Hans Haacke and Laurie Simmons, among others.
