Astrid Svangren

On view are mixed-media abstract works—many of which feature hanging elements of one sort or the next—made out of a variety of materials including feathers, Japanese paper and sheep's wool. The effect is a sort of shamanistic sensuality that contrasts with the show's single harder-edged work: a free-standing panel made of colored Plexiglas and cherry wood.
