The Greek artist and composer, who calls London home and refers to sound and the natural world in his work, makes his U.S. gallery debut with a show of sculptures and videos. The latter includes one projection piece, depicting live sea scallops, stranded on shelves, clacking their shells in an all-too-understandable fit of pique.
