Although process and conceptual photography are generally considered recent trends, both date as far back as the invention of the camera. This exhibition brings contemporary artists (such as Liz Deschenes and James Welling) together with historical figures (such as Baron Adolphe Humbert de Molard and Alfred Stieglitz) to explore the deep roots of these genres.
