"Big Shots: Andy Warhol Polaroids of Celebrities"

On view are 30 original Polaroids of 1980s celebs—from the worlds of fashion, art, literature and Hollywood—taken by Andy with his favorite camera: the Big Shot. Designed as a way to take quick ID photos, the Big Shot was perfect for portraiture, and many of the images here became the basis for much larger silk-screened paintings of the subjects.
