Time Out says

The gallery, which has made the revival of forgotten careers something of a specialty, digs up the painted constructions of George Ortman from the 1950s and early 1960s. Brightly hued and geometrically reductive, Ortman's pieces were a particular influence on the work of Donald Judd, who was a critical champion of this figure, considered by many to be a link between ’50s abstraction and ’60s Minimalism.
