Hajime Sorayama, “1970–2010”

The Japanese artist’s paintings have consistently fallen into the pinup category, and have married that genre with visual samplings from historical East Asian brush painting, '40s-inspired kitsch and a Tron aesthetic, to name a few of his influences.
