Harmony Korine, "Shooters"

Move over, James Franco! Another edgy Hollywood name is muscling into the art world. Gagosian is presenting paintings and photos by Harmony Korine, director and/or writer of Kids, Gummo and Spring Breakers (speaking of Franco) at the gallery’s “grunge” location on Park Avenue. His paintings include abstractions resembling warped checkerboard, as well as faux-naive figurative compositions.
