"Henry Wessel: Vintage Photographs"

Free
Wessel is a road-trip documentarian in the mode of Walker Evans or Robert Frank, though he focused more on man's impact on the Western landscape. He took pictures of dusty highways, parking lots, California bungalows with neatly manicured shrubs, and beachgoers, all shot in brilliant sunlight that is captured here in brightly toned silver gelatin prints, created between 1968 and 1987.
