Time Out says

Docking at Brooklyn Bridge Park as part of the Dumbo Arts Festival, The Ship of Tolerance is the husband-and-wife artist team's ongoing global project, which first set sail in 2005. The piece resembles an ancient seagoing vessel with a sail made of drawings by schoolchildren, depicting the idea of tolerance. Some 500 local youngsters worked with the Kabakovs for the New York version of the work.
