Saccoccio is known for large-scale, vividly hued abstractions that invariably make an impact on viewers. The same goes for her latest offerings in this two-space show, in which the artist continues her aim of creating paintings that are in a sense, nonreferential portraits with the same sort of immediacy as traditional likenesses.
