Ebulliently cartoonish renderings of animals, monsters and more-or-less conventional portrait heads have been Fox's stock-in-trade during his 20-odd–year career, and he often paints whole compositions in shades of lipstick-red to heighten the impact of his imagery. His latest show offers more of the same.
