Joe Fyfe, "Wood/Cloth/Color"

The veteran artist presents new large-format photos, minimalistic wooden sculptures and sensual abstract compositions made from bits of found fabric. All are the result of his travels through Bangladesh, Cambodia and Vietnam, where he took the images and shipped the aforementioned materials back home as literal talismans of the places visited.
