Joseph Kosuth, "'Texts (Waiting for-) for Nothing,' Samuel Beckett, in play"

Time Out says

Conceptual Art had many fathers, among them Joseph Kosuth, whose investigations into how meaning is created were most famously manifested as large-scale blowups of definitions from the dictionary. This show consists of a new installation in white neon, which takes as its point of departure two pieces of writing by Samuel Beckett: his masterpiece, Waiting for Godot, and the much-lesser-known Texts for Nothing. The show also revisits a 1998 installation by Kosuth based on James Joyce's Ulysses, as well the very first of the aforementioned dictionary works.
