Mona Hatoum, "Bourj"

Hatoum, a Palestinian artist born in Beirut, Lebanon, has made London her home since 1975, and often deals with the issue of exile or displacement in her sculptures and installations. This exhibit, her fifth with the gallery, offers pieces from the past several years, including the titular work: a stack of rectangular steel tubes that takes its name from the Arabic word for tower.
