Monya Rowe Gallery focuses on exhibiting emerging artists working in all mediums, and aims to build and foster the careers of a small group of artists. The gallery has achieved wide acclaim through exhibiting and introducing young artists who are making significant and unique contributions to contemporary art by offering an important political and social discourse. Each year, we invite a guest artist or curator to organize an exhibition. Past "curators" have included Nayland Blake, Jose Lerma and Amy Sillman. The gallery does not follow trends, allowing for unique and edgy exhibitions.
