Ralph Fasanella, "A More Perfect Union"

The gallery, which specializes in outsider art, presents its first exhibition of works by Fasanella (1914–1997), the legendary self-taught New York artist. His paintings—which usually depict the city and its environs—are distinguished by dense compositions teeming with figures and details, and by old-school leftist politics.
