After a brief stint in the East Village, principals Kelly Taxter and Pascal Spengemann have decided to move back to Chelsea, in a split-level space. Slightly off the beaten track at the bottom of this highly traveled 'hood, the gallery has a quirky ambience that's a good match for its stable of artists, which includes Lutz Bacher, Nancy de Holl and Andrew Kuo.
