Time Out says

The bad-boy artist graces the front of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's Seagram Building with a 42-foot-tall cast aluminum sculpture. And while it may resemble a giant pile of poop, its ostensible subject is a hunk of clay, kneaded by the artist's hand, that was digitally scanned and blown up into gargantuan proportions.
