Time Out says

The architecture of a city provides both challenges and opportunities for its artists, and this panel will examine the ways in which New York’s existing parks, buildings and plazas have influenced culture-makers. Participants include Jason Eppink of Improv Everywhere (whose citywide pranks include the annual No Pants Subway Ride) and Eva Franch, the director of Storefront for Art and Architecture, an odd-shaped Soho gallery (it’s about 100 feet long and 20 feet wide at its largest point) that opens onto the sidewalk.
