Joe Brainard (1941–1999) was an author responsible for a noted memoir (I Remember) along with many more musings, in addition to his Pop Art leanings. Tonight, friends and associates—Paul Auster, Jonathan Galassi and Ron Padgett among them—celebrate the release of a new anthology of Brainard's writing.
