"American High Style: Fashioning a National Collection"

In conjunction with a new exhibit at the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Brooklyn Museum brings pieces from its own costume collection out of storage. Young style hounds can view works by female American designers, including Bonnie Cashin, Elizabeth Hawes and Claire McCardell.
