"Canstruction"

More than twenty teams of architects and designers have stacked approximately 100,000 cans of food into inventive sculptures (this year’s works include a partially submerged Titanic and a Brooklyn Bridge made out of Spam) to raise awareness about hunger in NYC. Visitors are encouraged to bring a can of nonperishable food, which will be donated to City Harvest along with those from the installations.
