Time Out says
This exhibit, devoted to the London-born, New York–based photographer Norman McGrath, displays his images as time capsules of sorts. You see the progression of his work throughout the years, beginning with black-and-white shots of iconic structures (such as old Penn Station in 1964) and leading to digital images of newer spots, like the still-under-construction World Trade Center site.
