"Going Public: Artists Critique Consumerism, Corporations & Cultural Narratives"

The Japan Society examines artists' contributions to social and political discourse in a panel discussion between photographer Tomoko Yoneda, MacArthur fellow Alfredo Jaar, and performance artist and activist Reverend Billy. This program is held in conjunction with the society's gallery show, "Bye Bye Kitty!!!"
