Harlem Artz, Roots & Rhythm Festival

Learn about Harlem's diverse culture with an afternoon of art and music. Members of the Harlem community, in conjunction with the Harlem Arts Alliance, will display the many talents that make Harlem so vibrant. Finger painting and game stands will be set up throughout the festival for kids and adults to enjoy. All ages.
